Lunar Eclipse Coaching Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Adria Tennor Coaching are not eligible to participate.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The giveaway begins when posted and ends at the conclusion of the Lunar Eclipse. The exact end date and time will be specified on the giveaway post. Any entries received after the specified end date and time will not be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the giveaway:

• Subscribe to Adria Tennor Coaching's email list through the provided form

• Share the giveaway post to your Instagram stories and tag @adriatennorcoaching

• Each share to Instagram stories with the appropriate tag counts as one entry

• Multiple entries are permitted through daily shares until the conclusion of the giveaway

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. PRIZE

The prize consists of one (1) 60-minute coaching session with Adria Tennor. The session will be conducted virtually via Zoom or similar platform, unless otherwise agreed upon. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

The coaching session must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of winner notification, subject to Adria Tennor's availability.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the conclusion of the Lunar Eclipse. The winner will be notified via email and Instagram direct message within 48 hours of selection.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6. PUBLICITY

By entering this giveaway, participants grant Adria Tennor Coaching permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and any submitted content for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used for:

• Administering the giveaway

• Notifying the winner

• Adding the participant to Adria Tennor Coaching's email list

Participants can unsubscribe from the email list at any time.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to release Adria Tennor Coaching from any liability associated with this promotion, the awarding of the prize, and/or use of the prize.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Adria Tennor Coaching reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control.

The decision of Adria Tennor Coaching regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.
