What’s the process for joining the classes?

  • 01/ You apply

The application helps me understand what you need, when you’re available, and whether we’re a great fit. It’s the first step to making sure this works for both of us.

  • 02/ You commit (for at least 3 months)

To make real progress, we need time to build trust and get to the heart of what’s holding you back. That’s why I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, it’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We’ll meet weekly on Zoom and focus on whatever’s most important in your process: craft, mindset, career momentum, or all of the above!

  • 03/ You get clear

You know how to prepare, grounded in your process, and sharper in your work.

Your choices feel intentional. Your technique supports the actor you’re becoming, not the one you’ve been trying to prove you are.

This is the class I wish I’d had when I was starting out

Not another place to perform. But a space to get honest, actionable feedback.

The kind that actually helps you move the needle forward.

Whether you’re classically trained, self-taught, or just getting started, what matters here is your willingness to show up, dig deep, and refine your work.

You’ll get personal, targeted coaching from me — rooted in craft, instinct, and decades of industry experience — so you’re not just doing reps, you’re actually fulfilling your potential as an artist and first rate actor.

The Lab can support you short-term or long-term

and give you a safe space to be messy, in process, unfinished, and almost there

“ The best way to describe Adria is she’s like your peer. She’s right there with you. She meets you right where you’re at. She is there, rooting for you.”

~Tatyana Mack - actor

★★★★★

““Adria has super strong intuition and empathy when it comes to coaching. She really makes you think deeply, and she can read like a book, which is super helpful with whatever you’re struggling with because she can point you in the right direction and that is a skill that not many people have.”

~Sam Collins - actor & YouTuber

What makes the Lab so powerful:

  • As a working actor with over 30 years of experience, I teach the same techniques that have landed me roles in iconic projects like Mad Men, The Artist & Friends.

  • I keep classes small (6 max) so I can really focus on your growth and give meaningful, personalized feedback.

  • This biz can be lonely AF, but acting doesn’t have to be a solo sport! When you find a room full of artists who speak your language, challenge you to grow, and cheer when you win? Game-changer. This is that room!

  • Let’s build on your strengths and hone in on your opportunities with practical action steps.

  • Real progress, and feedback that actually moves the needle: clear, relevant, and immediately actionable.

If you want a one-size-fits-all approach, I’m not your coach!

This is personal. It’s collaborative. It’s built around you.

I’ll meet you where you are, help you cut through the noise, and guide you toward the kind of growth that sticks — creatively, emotionally, and professionally.

I can’t promise an Oscar (no one can).

But I can promise this:

  • I’ll challenge and champion you.

  • I’ll tell you the truth, gently and clearly.

  • I’ll help you unlock more freedom, more clarity, and way more fun in the work.

For as long as you need me, I’m here.

FAQ’s

  • Every class is hands-on. We start with a check in so I can hear about your week, what you accomplished, help you steer through any road blocks that came up and hear how you’d like to use your class time that day. Then we’ll get to work. I divide the time up so everyone who wants to get to work has that opportunity. We work on scenes, monologues, cold reads, or audition sides, optimizing your casting sites, even just talking through questions about being on set or moving your career forward. You’ll run your material, get direct feedback, and watch others work, which is in itself hugely valuable.

  • Small! I cap my groups at up to 6 actors so everyone gets meaningful individual time each week.

  • Yes, that’s the point. Everyone works every week. I make sure each actor gets specific, actionable feedback so you’re not just watching, but also growing. At times, we go over the two hours so I can make sure I cover everyone’s needs and questions, and so everyone can keep moving forward.

  • It’s really up to you. I never want class to make you feel bad about yourself. If you had a crazy, full week and didn’t get to rehearsing your scene or monologue, we can use your class time to simply rehearse. If you did put in some rehearsal then we can see where you’re at,answer any questions that came up, and work on anything you’re struggling with.

  • Come as you are. I love working with developing actors who want to get braver, clearer, and more confident.

  • You’re in the right place. My classes are built to be supportive, encouraging, and judgment-free. We’ll work on tools to help you ground your nerves and even use them to make your work more alive.

  • Yes. You can set yourself up to tape while you read with someone in class. I also record every class so you can watch your work back. It’s a big piece of modern auditioning, so we practice it.

  • Both! Many students use class time to either rehearse and prep, or tape their auditions. We prioritize auditions. If you feel like you need a full hour of my focus, then I recommend booking a 1:1, but I love when students use class to tape their auditions!

  • I record every class and make it available to you within 2 days (usually within an hour or two). If you know you can’t make it to a session, you can record your work or even yourself asking questions or talking about a block or problem you’re facing with your scene or career. I will play back your tape in class and respond to your work and give you notes to move forward with. Then when you can, log in and watch the tape back. So it’s like you didn’t even miss!

  • Fill out the short application which will help me place you in a class that works for your schedule and goals. Expect to hear from me within 48 hours, if a class is available. Secure your spot by paying your first month’s payment. There is a three month minimum commitment, after which you can cancel or pause your attendance with 30 days’ notice and resume whenever you want provided there is a spot available. It’s $199/month to be part of the Lab.
