Yes! Some of my best sessions have unfolded under pressure. If you have a same-day or next-day opportunity, I’ll help you get clear, grounded, and ready to deliver it with confidence. I always try to squeeze my regular students in when those “panic” moments hit. If you don’t see a place on my schedule when you’re trying to book, shoot me an email to see whether I can squeeze you in because it’s important to me that you get the support you need.

I work primarily 1:1, but if you have a co-founder, business partner, or co-presenter, we can absolutely rehearse together so you feel in sync. If you’re interested in a custom team workshop, we can discuss that too!

Most sessions run for 60 minutes. Some clients come for a one-time tune-up, but many choose to work with me over several sessions so they can build skills, practice, and get comfortable or prepare for a specific talk, speech, or onstage event. We’ll talk about what fits your goals and schedule..

Absolutely. If you’ve got something specific coming up (an investor pitch, keynote, panel, or job interview), we’ll tackle that head-on. I’ll help you rehearse, anticipate questions, and feel ready for curveballs. My students love when I improv with them and act as the difficult client or supervisor they’re anxious about. I will give you a game plan for dealing with these high stakes situations, and then give you several opportunities to PRACTICE implementing them!
